Specializing in Animal and Aviation Art
Since I was a boy I have consistently been keenly interested in three things; aircraft, animals, and artwork. I would keep myself busy for hours at the kitchen table by drawing animals and aircraft from pictures snipped from magazines or I would create some outlandish flying machines that existed only in my imagination.

Later I would go on to graduate from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1984 with an associate degree in Visual Communication, and the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning with a bachelor degree in Industrial Design in 1993.

Now, having been apart from what had been the catalyst of my original creative artistic interests, I have decided to return to drawing and painting aircraft and animals.  I am amazed at how much there is to learn about both the subjects I choose to depict and the way by which they are visually communicated. I prefer graphite for black and white artwork and acrylic paint or pastel for color artwork. I really hope you enjoy looking at my paintings and drawings and that my enthusiasm and interests in my subjects makes a strong visual and emotional connection with you.

Thank you for your interest.
